Apache Front End Replacement is designed to be a lighter front replacement for those concerned with front end weight while giving a clean and sporty look to the front of the truck. The Apache Front End Replacement comes standard with no top or a Euro bar can be added with or without a center bar for added grill protection and a place to mount additional off-road lights.
The Apache Replacement is manufactured with a heavy 4" pipe base for maximum protection and is frame mounted with no vehicle modification. The Apache shares the same angular front protection plates as the Deluxe. The standard finish is a high gloss black industrial powder coat.

Available options for the Apache Series Front Replacement include:
- Euro Bar with Center Cross Bar - This is a 2" heavy pipe bar that is bent in a u-shape and welded to the front 4" base pipe of this unit. This height of this bar depends on the application but ranges from XX" to XX". The center cross bar is a strait 2" piece of pipe that evenly spaced and welded into the center section of the Euro Bar. When you include this option on the Apache Front Replacement it adds grill protection for your vehicle along with offering a mounting platform for the expanded metal option.
- Euro Bar with-out center cross bar and 2 holes drilled for aftermarket lights - This is a 2" heavy pipe bar that is bent in a u-shape and welded to the front 4" base pipe of this unit. This height of this bar depends on the application but ranges from XX" to XX". When you include this option on the Apache Front Replacement it adds grill protection for your vehicle along with offering a mounting platform for the expanded metal option. Many people chose this option with-out the center cross bar in order to install oversized off-road lights.
- Expanded Metal Grill - Our Expanded Metal Grill will protect your truck's front grill and radiator from debris, sticks, and branches. It is made from a ¾" #9 flat expanded metal sheet and is welded into the grill section of your bumper during manufacturing.
- Flush Receiver Tube - This receiver tube is welded in the center of the pipe base, cut off and ground smooth, to give your Apache Front a very clean look. It is a standard 2" receiver that allows for the use of many accessories such as a winch cradle, cargo basket, game rack, or ball mount for backing trailers in tight places.
**NOTE: The shank of your accessory must be pinned from the back of the pipe, accessed from the bottom of the bumper, and requires at least 5¼" of unobstructed shank from pin hole to ball mount platform or any gussets. This is to allow it to pass through the 4" pipe base and be pinned on the back side of the pipe base.
Protruding Receiver Tube - This standard 2" receiver tube is welded on and extends approximately 2½" from the front of the pipe base. It can be used with any standard shank ball mount and allows you to conveniently pin and unpin the shank of your accessory from the front of your bumper for those who will need quick and easy access more frequently. This option allows for the use of many accessories such as a winch cradle, cargo basket, game rack, or ball mount for backing trailers in tight places.
Shackle Mounts(pair) - For serious off-roaders, our shackle mounts offer both, additional towing points on your vehicle, and a great place to attach a winch cable back to the bumper when using a snatch block. These are ¾" CNC plasma cut steel tabs welded on to the pipe base with 1" holes to accommodate our heavy duty ¾" Shackles.
Shackles (pair) - Our heavy duty ¾" Galvanized Shackles can be bolted to our Shackle Mounts and are great for hooking your tow strap or snatch block to when trying to get out of a tight spot.
Universal Winch Box - This CNC plasma cut winch box is unique from other winch boxes in that it allows your winch to remain exposed for ease of use, so that you can keep your cable from balling up. It is fabricated from heavy ⅜" plate and pre-punched to accommodate most winches on the market. Click to view compatible winches from Mile Marker, Warn, Ramsey, & Superwinch. The dimensions of this box are 29" wide x 9" deep with a 8" tall face plate.
Mile Marker Hydraulic Winch Box - Like our Universal Winch Box, our Mile Marker Hydraulic Winch Box provides ease of use by allowing your winch to remain exposed. While it is also made from the ⅜" plate, this box is smaller and more streamlined than the Universal, giving your bumper a more custom look with a more precise fit for the hydraulic winch. The dimensions of this box are 27" wide x 7" deep with a 6¼" tall face plate and will accommodate only Mile Marker Hydraulic Winches.
Custom Fog Light Sleeves - So that you can keep the factory fog lights on your truck, a plasma cut hole is made and a hand formed steel tube is welded in its place. Custom fabricated brackets are welded on to hold the lights as if they were mounted in the factory, keeping your lights protected and giving you that clean sleeve look. Our secure mounts show how we take the extra steps to give your new bumper a truly custom look for your factory lights.
3" Body Lift Modification - Tough Country is the ONLY major manufacturer that offers a 3" Body Lift Modification on heavy duty bumpers. This is a custom option in which the brackets have been fabricated and welded to raise the bumper up 3" to accommodate truck with a 3" Body Lift. This is a welded bracket, as opposed to a bolt on adapter that comes with most body lifts, and will not compromise the strength of the bumper.
**Note: This option must be specified at the time the order is placed and can not be reversed or removed.
Custom Color Powder Coating - This gives you the same industrial strength powder coat finish as standard high gloss black finish with the added benefit of vibrant colors, duller colors, and textures.

- High Pressure Spray on Bed Liner Finish - Tough Country's strongest and most durable coating. By upgrading with this option, a high pressure Bed-Liner Finish is sprayed on top of the standard industrial strength powder coat.
