Tough Country Evolution Series Front End Replacements is the newest addition to the Tough Country product line. While the front end of trucks have began to evolve into a more streamlined aerodynamic look so have the Tough Country front End Replacements. Our customers have been asking for some time now for Tough Country to design a flat plate bumper with special care concentrated on fit and finish and still have the strength associated with the Tough Country Product line. Our answer was the New Tough Country Evolution Series Front End Replacement.

      The Evolution Replacements are manufactured with a heavy 10 gage steel plate base for maximum protection and are frame mounted with no vehicle modification necessary. The most distinguishing characteristic of our Evolution Series is the extreme craftsmanship put into the fit and finish of every unit. All Evolution Front End Replacements are available as a base model bumper only or a bumper with full brushguard top. Standard features on the Evolution include custom sleeves to hold vehicle specific OEM fog lights and recessed pockets to retain factory tow hooks. With the Evolution Series Front End Replacement you also get the added value of the standard finish being a black wrinkle industrial powder coat.

Included options for the Evolution Series Front Replacement include:

• Custom Fog Light Sleeves - So that you can keep the factory fog lights on your truck, a plasma cut hole is made and a hand formed steel tube is welded in its place. Custom fabricated brackets are welded on to hold the lights as if they were mounted in the factory, keeping your lights protected and giving you that clean sleeve look. Our secure mounts show how we take the extra steps to give your new bumper a truly custom look for your factory lights.
Available options for the Evolution Series Front Replacement include:

• Shackle Mounts(pair) - For serious off-roaders, our shackle mounts offer both, additional towing points on your vehicle, and a great place to attach a winch cable back to the bumper when using a snatch block. These are ¾" CNC plasma cut steel tabs welded on to the pipe base with 1" holes to accommodate our heavy duty ¾" Shackles.
• Shackles (pair) - Our heavy duty ¾" Galvanized Shackles can be bolted to our Shackle Mounts and are great for hooking your tow strap or snatch block to when trying to get out of a tight spot.
• Universal Hidden Winch Mount for the Evolution - The Tough Country Universal Hidden Winch Mount for the Evolution Front is unique option only available on for our Evolution bumper line. Unlike our other winch mounts, this mount is built into the under side of the skid plate section of the bumper. Most bumpers that have this style of which mount make it impossible to keep the cable from balling up, but Tough Country has conveniently positioned the vent holes in the front plate of the bumper so that the winch is still excisable for ease of use. We have also precistion cut and resecced a mounting plate that is pre-drilled to hold the roller fairlead. The Universal Hidden Winch Mount is fabricated from heavy ⅜" plate and bolts to pre-punched holes on the bumper brackets. • 3" Body Lift Modification - Tough Country is the ONLY major manufacturer that offers a 3" Body Lift Modification on heavy duty bumpers. This is a custom option in which the brackets have been fabricated and welded to raise the bumper up 3" to accommodate truck with a 3" Body Lift. This is a welded bracket, as opposed to a bolt on adapter that comes with most body lifts, and will not compromise the strength of the bumper.

Custom Color Powder Coating - This gives you the same industrial strength powder coat finish as standard high gloss black finish with the added benefit of vibrant colors, duller colors, and textures. Custom Colors Include:

• High Pressure Spray on Bed Liner Finish - Tough Country's strongest and most durable coating. By upgrading with this option, a high pressure Bed-Liner Finish is sprayed on top of the standard industrial strength powder coat.
